Chemical For Spray
Chemical pesticides are often used to control diseases, pests or weeds. Chemical control is based on substances that are toxic (poisonous) to the pests involved. When chemical pesticides are applied to protect plants from pests, diseases or overgrowth by weeds, we speak of plant protection products. It is of course important that the plant that needs protection does not itself suffer from the toxic effects of the protection products.
Gum Pad for Rodent(Rat)
Rat Gum Traps are safer to use than snap traps unless the snap traps are placed in protective bait stations.
Rats are less likely to become "trap shy". The glue boards have a lower profile so the rat is less suspicious of the new object.
Rat Killer
Rodenticides, colloquially rat poison, are typically non-specific pest control chemicals made and sold for the purpose of killing rodents. Some rodenticides are lethal after one exposure while others require more than one. Rodents are disinclined to gorge on an unknown food (perhaps reflecting an adaptation to their inability to vomit), preferring to sample, wait and observe whether it makes them or other rats sick
Fumigation Tablets
Aluminium phosphide is formulated 8S tablets, pellets or small sachets of powder with additional materials such as ammonium carbamate, ammonium bicarbonate, urea and paraffin to regulate release of fumigant and suppress flammability. The magnesium phosphide is similarly manufactured in tablets or pellets.
Trapping Boxes
Pest Control Direct offer a small range of rat trapping boxes. The rat poison to use in these is a matter of personal preference, you can find poisons and traps by clicking on "Rodents & Vertebrates" in the left hand column. Some professional pest controllers use whole wheat rat bait, others cut wheat rat bait and some prefer rodenticidal blocks.
